In Home Services & Family Support

Family Support Services are funded through Medicaid Waiver, Support Services Waiver, CHOICE and private fees.

Services are provided to children and adults, in the home and in the community. Each service goal is geared toward enhanced independence at home, at work or school, and in the community.
